I have taken this request from another user here:
I get an error message - License expired - Activation code when I try to use Trados Studio. I keep trying to enter my activation code without success. I need help.
I read in the help that I need to reset the license in my account, but I tried and nothing happens. I only got an error message and the information that an email was sent to support.
But there was no response and the license was not reset.
Can you help me, please?
