I cannot activate a purchased 12-month subscription to Trados Studio Freelance

Hi!

I purchased a Trados 12-month subscription to Trados Studio Freelance 2 days ago and this is what I see when I access my RWS Profile:

RWS profile page showing Trados Studio Freelance L1 - 12 month subscription with no activated licenses and a message 'No data You have no licenses'.

I cannot activate Trados Studio, and I see this screen every time I try:

Trados Studio 2022 SR2 activation screen in Spanish stating 'Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact the cloud account administrator.' with a 'Close session' button.

Could you please help?
