I recently sold the Windows laptop on which I had installed my copy of SDL Trados 2019 Freelance (or whatever the exact name is). However, I did not know that I had to deactivate the license on that computer specifically in order to transfer the license to my new Windows laptop.
FWIW, I removed the original storage drive on that laptop and installed a completely blank drive for selling that laptop. The laptop is gone (sold it last week), so I have no way of reinstalling Trados on it just to deactivate the license from within the program.
But now, with my new Windows laptop, I cannot either Reset License or Deactivate Offlne via the RWS website. I get, in essence, "Error -- Please contact Support to submit a Support Ticket." What are my options? Can you accept this as a Support Ticket request?
