I bought a single user Trados Studio 2022 Freelance licence two days ago and I still don't have an activation code. I have been to My Account, Products & Plans, Licences & Subscriptions. My product appears in the list with the following info: Users 1, In use 0, Available 1, but there is no activation code, nor is not a + sign I can click on.
I need access to my SDLXLIFF files asap for a big project due next week... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Did you receive an email at all? If you had an activation code it would also be in the email.
Are you sure you didn't purchase a subscription licence?

That would suggest you definitely have a licence already so I would check that you didn't buy a subscription licence. Try going to the Subscription tab in the activation box instead of the Perpetual License tab. If you sign in under subscription and that gets you access then you don't have an activation code at all and don;t need one.
