Hello,
I can't activate my 2022 Studio License online.
I enter my activation code (which is correct) as requested, but an error message pops up, reading that I can't activate my license online.
Therefore I have to go offline.
What could be the problem here?

According to our system, your Trados 2022 license has been activated yesterday. Does the program still require an activation code?

Indeed, my 2022 Studio license has been activated offlline.
The online activation still does not work (however I am sure the activation code is the right one).

Trados is activated with the activation code from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses. That is your activation code.

Just to make sure I am clear enough: I know what my activation code is but the online license activation process does not work that is the reason why I have no other option but to activate my license offline, which prevents me from using the SDL cloud fonctionnalities.
