For Studio 2022 you can find the silent installer for the latest version here: downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/.../TradosStudioSilent2022_17.2.9.18688.exe
For Multiterm there isn`t any silent installer, only if you configure it yourself according to the Installation guide.
