I deactivated SDL on my old laptop, and the license is shown on the web portal as "available" However, I cannot activate the same license on my new laptop. When I post the activation key, it displays an error message "Activation Failed, couldn't connect to the server...etc." and when I try another method of activation, I don't see an installation ID on my laptop that I can use to produce an offline activation certificate.
