License reset/deactivation problem, i`m about to sue RWS.

I have a hardware problem and during the past few months I had a few other hardware problems and had to reset my license a few times, today when I was trying to reset my license, I received a message stating that I could only reset 3 times, which is absurd since I own my product and the reset function should be an emergency resource, not limited without any proper reason, Also, when I tried to deactivate offline, I also received an error. To make things worse, when you try to reach support, you only have 2 options, the first being writing a topic in a forum, which is stupid since I`m not trying to get help from users, and the second is being stuck between a page explaining how to reset and the reset page sending me to the reset tutorial page for help. This is stupid and I can`t work because of this bullshit. If my license isn`t reset in 24 hours, I`m suing RWS for all my losses.
