Deactivation of Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license in a non-working PC

Question

Dear all, 
 I would need to deactivate my Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license that I activated in my old PC, which is not working anymore and I don't have access to it. 
 What should I do to use this license on another device?
