Deactivation of a running licence

Question

Hi guys, I'm trying to move my Studio to another PC, but starting to have issues with the first deactivation procces. I came just till stepp "generate certificate" and came the error message "Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your SDL Account". Any ideas what should be my next step?
