Ich kann die Lizenz (Trados 2021 Freelance) nicht deaktivieren, nicht zurücksetzen und nicht benutzen. Ich habe schon alles versucht, was ich zu diesem Thema im Community gelesen habe, leider vergebens. In meinem Konto steht, dass es eigentlich "In Verwendung" sei. Ich kopiere hier alles.

Per Email habe ich ein dann ein Offline deactivation ticket bekommen. "This ticket can be used by your SDL Product to perform an offline deactivation" Das geht aber auch nicht. Bitte Hilfe!

I cannot deactivate, reset or use the license (Trados 2021 Freelance). I have already tried everything I have read on this topic in the community, unfortunately in vain. My account says that it is actually "In use". I am copying everything here.

I then received an offline deactivation ticket by email. "This ticket can be used by your SDL Product to perform an offline deactivation" But that doesn't work either. Please help!
