I am trying to deactivate my license to move Trados Studio 2022 (SR1 - 17.1.6.1625) to a new computer, but I get the message "There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license."
I have tried restarting the computer, but it makes no difference. Same message if I try to deactivate offline.
Can anybody help, please? I see others have had the same issue, but I can't find a solution.
