Can't active my license as there is no code provided

Hello all,

I purchased my very first Trados license on Monday.

I've received an email saying "Thank you for your payment, your order has now been processed", but I still can't use it. On SDL's website, it says that they are still awaiting payment, therefore I have no code to activate my account, so I can't use it.

How should I proceed here?
