Hi everybody,
cannot open my Trados 2019 this morning since two error messages come up:
1. Cannot initiate service "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService", and
2. Generating exception "System.OutofMemoryException".
Already performed "Repair" option.
Any clue on how to solve the issue?

It may be worth a reset rather than a repair as this often cures all ills. To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder:
c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0\
to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0_old\
If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:
Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.

If t doesn't let us know and we can log a support case on your behalf. But try these things first as the support team will probably do this as a matter of course anyway.
Thank you Paul. The reset helped to a certain degree, as now the software doesn't crush immediately after start. However, unfortunately the issue "Out_of_Memory" persists. It's not a matter of RAM, it is related to the TMs. When I load a project or a text to be translated, the error message "An exception was generated" appears and I can't open my TM nor create a new one.
Any idea?

Can you provide the full error message you get? There may even be a small disk symbol on the error message that you can click to save the full error stack to your desktop. If you do that and add it to your reply then we'll have a much better idea of where the problem might be coming from.
I'm afraid Paul, I can't... it crashes again immediately when starting. But now the initial window is the setting one, as if I had just installed the software (probably because of the reset?).
In addition, I noticed that Edge creates HTML files, like the one below... Should I disable Edge?
