Unfortunately, I still have SDL Trados Studio 2015 version and it works for me. I have to reset Windows 10 system, Before I do so I followed the instructions and tried to offline deactivate the license before the reset, but the process returns a persistent error. In such cases, I used to click the "Reset License" link to reset my license.
Please let me know how I can get my license reset or deactivated.
