Hello! I need to use Trados today for a project with a deadline later today, but when I opened it, I was asked to enter the activation code. I copied it from my page and, upon pasting it into the requested field, I was informed that the code is not valid (it was already in use). I tried resetting the code, but was informed that I can only reset it 3 times every 12 months, and I had this same issue last October. Could you please help me? And explain why this keeps happening? (I haven't uninstalled the program or anything similar). Thank you.
