Hi everybody,
when starting my Trados 2019 a few hours ago two error messages came up:
1. Cannot initiate service "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService", and
2. Generating exception "System.OutofMemoryException".
After performing Repair option, resetting basic settings, and checking whether it's a WMI issue (it isn't!), now Trados window closes immediately when started.
Any clue on how to solve the issue?

Many thanks Elisa. I have tried the solution in the article you linked. Apparently it worked for the issue with telemetry, but unfortunately the message System.OutofMemoryException still remains and makes the start window close...
