Trados 2017 migration

Hello, I want to transfer my freelance trados2017 to a new computer.
I tried to deactivate the one on my old computer but I couldn’t access to the server.
So I tried offline deactivation.
It seemed it was deactivated on the software, but it remains “deactivation initiated”
on the license website and couldn’t confirm the deactivation.
And I can’t activate the software on a new computer.
I contacted CX team and she told me to reset the license. but when I pushed the reset button, an error message was returned.
And I have never pushed the reset button before.

Please tell me what I should do.
