i want to Deactivate specific key of a user
user is living foreign land so i have to deactivate offline
so i followed the leading but it doesn't work
so i go to the menu of 'can't Deactivate online? -> Deactivate offline'
i choose the one which i want to remove it and select the 'Generate Deactivation Authorization ticket' button
as you see on the right above picture
i click the 'Deactivate offline ' and i copied 'Deactivation Authorization' from website and paste to the trados program
i get a 'Deactivation Certificate code' from it and i paste again to the website where the ''Deactivation Certificate' is need it from.
but error occured.
i can't remember the error log. but it's kind a "your computer is already Deactivate" or something.
please. solve this problem! (i have a Unique Activation ID that what i want to Deactivate)

the answer is "NO"
so i have tried this same process to user who is next to me ( Deactivate offline-> Generate Deactivation Authorization ticket ->Deactivate offline ' and copied 'Deactivation Authorization '->Deactivation Certificate code -> paste it blah blah blah)
and i got Exact same result.
