Urgent license activation problem

Question

I have problem activating my license I just bought. I'm in South Korea and when I enter the code I get a message that the activation has failed, but my license status is "In Use." What to do?? 
 I searched online and it suggest trying offline activation but I can't fine the menu for it probably the system thinks I already activated the program. 
 I just paid the money and its won't work so it is really frustrating T.T
