Urgent! Problem with license activation on my new computer

Having a problem activating my license. (Product name: Trados Studio 2022 Freelance)

I deactivated the license successfully from my old computer and made sure the status changed to "Available" on my account.

Then I tried to activate it on my new computer and entered the activation code.

It showed me that the activation has failed but my license status is "In Use".

But Trados Studios on both computers are not activated and not working.

I pretty much tried everything I could do.

1. I can't do offline activation since it says my license is already in use.

2. Tried offline deactivation but it gave me an error.

3. Tried reset license but it gave me an error.

I have to use the program to work and this is very frustrating.

How can I solve this problem?
