Hello, I use Studio 2021 and I need to deactivate the licence to set up a new computer. However, I can't deactivate it -- when I try online, it tells me multiple instances of the program are running (restarting didn't help) and the offline certificate didn't work ("An error has occurred..."). I use the program on a virtual environment (Parallels) on a Mac. Thanks, Mary
