Hi there,
when I open "Product Activation" in SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 16.1.4.4184 I get no button for "deactivate offline", only "Reset activation code" and "Alternative activation..."
Can someone help me how to deactivate my license? I had to reinstall Trados.

Also, I tried "Reset license" but then the message "An error occurred" appears.
(As I just learned I can’t deactivate my license because it's no longer on the PC available that I am working with now. So the deactivation issue is obsolete.)
