Dear colleagues,
Can I buy a "vendor discount" licence (RWS account, Vendor tab) for someone else? (the one in question has an RWS account, but they are not a Vendor). If not, may I buy a "vendor discount" licence and use it on my other workstation? Thank you in advance for your insight!
