I submitted a question last week regarding an unresolved issue, but unfortunately, it hasn't been resolved yet.
Last week, I received an email reply stating that my license code had been reset and should be able to reactivate.
Upon checking my account, I confirmed that the status was "Available," as shown below.
However, upon attempting to activate the license code in Trados, I encountered an error message, as shown below.
I refreshed the page and noticed that the status changed to "In use," despite not having access to the program on my computer.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.
