Language Weaver connection down

My connection to LW broke down in mid-translation. I can login to the normal portal with a browser, but not from Trados Studio. I get this:

Error message in Trados Studio Cloud Sign In window stating 'Your RWS ID is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud account.' with a Sign out button below.

If I sign out and try to sign in again, I get this:

Browser error message in Trados Studio Cloud Sign In window saying 'Cannot reach this page' with suggestions to check the web address, search on Bing, or refresh the page.

What can I do to fix this?
