Hello, I need help deactivating my license. When I try to deactivate, it says that multiple instances of the program are running, which doesn't seem to be the case. I tried to deactivate offline from the RWS site but that didn't work either. I urgently need to deactivate this version and activate Studio on another device, so your help would be appreciated.
