Very urgent: Message "Licenza scaduta" when launching SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus

Question

This morning when launching SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus I got the message "Licenza scaduta". I don't understand why, it has never happened before. I've tried to activate it online, but it didn't work. I've chatted with a RWS expert, who suggested that I should download the installer, re-launch the program and copy/paste the activation code, but it didn't work. I have 1 extra activation available. What should I do? Should I deactivate the licence I'm using, disinstall the program, reinstall it and copy/paste the activation code? I need help, thank you.

 Please try to activate your license offline as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001383 
 If it doesn`t work send me a screenshot with the error message.
