This is my situation
I can use trados in 2 computers (although I bought a licence for 1 user).
My SDL account's state is : 1 USER 0 IN USE 1 AVAILABLE
I want to deasactivate Trados in both computers because I need to install it in a new one.
It is imposible, only error messages, no solution. (on line, off line... )
Please help me to desactivate Trados in my computers so that I can activate if in a new one.
