Dear support team,
we are using Trados Studio 2022. Our license server has moved so we created a loan licence, which we then returned to reactivate it at the new server address under the new Host.
However, when trying to reactivate the licence, the Trados Client does not find the new address of the new licence server. See screenshots attached.
What shall we do to reactivate our licence for the Trados Studio 2022 SR2 product?
