I purchased a Trados Studio subscription in October 2023. I am on a new computer now since my previous computer failed two weeks after my subscription was activated, and I have no access to it. I was able to log into my subscription on the old computer, but cannot log in now. The message I receive when I try to log in says: "Your session has expired. Log in again." I try again, and get the same message. What is the problem? Vendor support has been very unhelpful, and the process here is totally confusing. Please help! I am on the verge of requesting a refund and never using Trados Studio again. Thank you for any help you can offer.
