Rebooting computer-Trados asking for license- License showing already in use - Can reset or deactivate it

I've rebooted my computer and reinstalled Trados Studio 2019.

Now I'm asked for a license, but when I paste my code it doesn't work. My account shows this license is already in use and no license is available.

I tried to deactivate and reset it, but it doesn't work.  What exactly am I supposed to do? Is there a post clearly describing the issue with its solution? I couldn't find one.
