Passolo 2022 Collaboration Edition license shows as available in your account. Please try to activate it in License Manager on the server and let me know if it works afterwards.

It seems that something is preventing the online activation, please try to activate it offline as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013255

If possible please install the latest version of License Manager as this version could cause some issue when you`ll install the latest version of Passolo 2022:  https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/tp/Trados/T2022/Licensing/SR2_CU10/LicenseServerManager17.0.134.exe
