cannot activate my license online.

Question

Hello. I cannot activate my license online. I bought new computer since the previous one crashed. I have reset my license and I have one license available. i have checked this with my 
 the message i get "cannot connect to activation server...". please advise

 I noticed that your license is now activated. Did you manage to activate it offline?
