Having issues using the 'Reset Licence.'

I am having issues using the 'Reset Licence.'

After re-installing the Window, Trados Studio required me to activate the license. I tried using the method on your homepage but got an error message, and the account is not activated.

Error message in Trados Studio activation window saying 'Activation failed. Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.' with options to open connection settings.
