Hello, My old computer where I had my had my Trados license activated broke down, and now I am unable to access it so that I can deactivate it on my old computer and use the license/subscription on my new computer. I hope you are able to help with this is

I have been using Tradis Studio 2022 for a little while now and it has been working well. However my old computer broke down and now I am unable to access it, so that I can deactivate the license on my old computer and use it on the new one. I have tried to to follow some of the guides, but I cannot get it to work. I hope you are able to help resolve this issue.
