Studio 2022 Upgrade license won't activate studio 2021

Hi RWS 
 
 I'm currently working on upgrading our licenses/Studio from 2021 to 2022, the first PC was fine, the license was upgraded and both 2022 and 2021 was activated on the same license. Studio 2021 reported being on the upgrade license as it should according to this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../000001319 
 Then it started not allowing 2021 to activate on the 2022 license on the next 3 computers I installed it on. I tried 1 freshly installed, one that had been used for a long time, and one that had windows 11 just in case it was windows causing the problem. 
 We're currently preparing to roll it out to all our computers early next week and I hope you can give me a solution before then.
