I purchased Studio 2021 in August 2021. Now I have a new computer. I downloaded Studio 2021, but when I try to activate my license (I put the activation code I received with my purchase), I get an error message. Can you help me please?

In order to activate the license on a new PC you need to deactivate it from the current one from Studio > Help > Product Activation.
If that is not possible you can try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
