I have passed Trados Studio 2022 Level 1 certification exam; however, I can't reach my personal certification page.
Every time I try to reach it, I am notified that I must provide a valid user ID to view the page.
What am I supposed to do?

Please copy and paste the link to the certification page (which you can find here https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/certification/certification.aspx) in another tab and you will be able to see your certification.
