Subscription keeps getting deactivated + issue with cloud platform

On an apparently random basis my Trados Studio 2022 subscription will be deactivated and I have to go into my account online, unlink my laptop and then reactivate. That's very annoying, but manageable.

Today, however, it booted me out yet again and now says "Our cloud platform cannot process your request right now. Try again later."

There is nothing wrong with my subscripion or internet connection.
