I suddenly received the error "License expired" although my license is perpetual.

Dear All,

I have perpetual Trados Studio 2022 license for two devices. All of a sudden, when I tried to open Trados today, I encountered the error "License expired". I clicked "Activate" button and added the license code again, but it is rejected as if a wrong code. You will find attached screenshots of the issues I encounter.

So, please advise how to solve this issue.
