Hello,
I purchased the upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 to the 2022 version today and am unable to activate the 2022 version. The 2021 version appeared to be deactivated when I uninstallled it from my computer, but the licence information in my RWS account shows that it is still active and that I do not have any licences available.
Please let me know how to activate the 2022 version in this case.
