Problem logging into Language Cloud after upgrado to Perpetual license

Hello team,

A few months ago, I purchased the Trados Studio 2022 perpetual license because my annual subscription was expiring at the end of March. I activated the perpetual license at that time, so I've been using it for a few months now. However, after the annual subscription expired, I'm unable to use cloud-based resources or log into Language Cloud (it says it has expired). Could you please help me with this issue? I've been searching but haven't found a solution.
