I have a problem to reactivate my second Trados licence.
I changed computer on February 25th, so I desactivated the licence from my previous computer. On the website it indicated me 1 licence still available. I then installed Trados on my new computer, but any time I try to activate the licence on my new computer I have the following message: Could not activate the licence - No licences are currently available for the specified activation code."
And in fact on the website no more licence is available. It says that the second licence has been activated on february 25th.
What can I do to activate the licence properly on my computer?
Please note that I already have tried to reset the licence but it still does not work. I always have an error message.
