Hello,
despite trying everything I could find, I cannot deactivate or reset my Trados Studio 2022 Freelance license. However, I cannot use my license either since Trados notified me via a dialog box that my license had "expired" and wouldn’t let me reactivate it with my activation code. According to my account, the license is still “in use”. I have since tried several times to reset or deactivate the license. Unfortunately, all attempts have failed.
When I try to reset the license, I receive the following error message:
“An error has occurred. An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error.”
When trying to deactivate the license using the deactivation ticket I received via e-mail, the error message reads as follows:
“An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.”
