I've recently switched computers. So I tried deactivating Trados (Freelance Studio 2021) on one computer, which I managed to do, then attempted to activate it on my new computer, which has been unsuccessful so far no matter what I do (online or offline activation).
It keeps saying either "specified lock code is invalid" or that "no licenses are available." I've exceeded the number of times I can reset my license, and the community forum thing doesn't offer helpful answers.
It's just a simple 1-to-1 swap of computers. I've downloaded and installed the latest version available for Trados Studio 2021, and I just can't seem to figure out a solution for this issue. Your quick assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.
