NEW LICENSE NOT WORKING

HI, 

I bought a "second license" for trados but I cannot work with it, when I follow this insstruction: Activate Trados Studio 2022 using your Language Cloud/ Trados Team/Cloud Capabilities/Trados Enterprise subscription (sdl.com) it says that I don't have available license. Of course i can see I have it in my RWS account. How can I solve it?
