Hello everybody!
I've been using TRADOS 2015 for many years and I am unable to deactivate it remotely and offline. In both cases, there are error messages.
I really need help with this problem because I still use it for work. How can I solve this?

It seems that your license is currently deactivated. Your activation code is in your account, Products and Plans - Licenses. Please try and activate it.
