Unable to deactivate my license Error 143 failure in accessing the license or persistence store

Hi,

Had got my license reset a few days back due to an SSD crash on my system; now Trados is creating a new project but not opening the editor window to work in. Went through several possible workarounds and arrived at the conclusion that Trados needs to be reinstalled in order to work properly. MultiTerm  also not working. Hence trying to deactivate my license, but receive the error message below. Request for assistance please.
