Deactivation error

We're running Trados Studio 2021 on Windows Server 2019. We have been adviced to deactivate our curent licenses before upgrading some of them to Studio 2022. When attempting to deactivate, we get get message: Provider error occurred, code 733. Verify Revocation failed with Error Code 210230.

I have made sure noone is using Trados (server has been restarted, and noone else were logged on at the time).

I have seached the forum. Seems many have the same problem, but there's no publicly available solution.
